Guildford Sunset Homes is an independent charitable housing association, providing 87 apartments for rent to older people who are on modest or limited incomes in Guildford. The estate is managed by Retirement Lease Housing Association which has provided a comprehensive management service to Guildford Sunset Homes since 1986.

The main building, Merrow House, is a wonderful Grade II listed country house, comprising 11 apartments and a guest flat, as well as spacious communal facilities including a beautifully maintained lounge with period features and an adjoining café hub, which has been recently renovated.
